Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

These Rewards Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the My Dog Rules (“MDR”) Buyers Club Rewards Program (“Program”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The MDR Buyers Club Rewards Program allows eligible members to earn activity points (“Points”), coupons, discounts, rewards, and other benefits by engaging with the My Dog Rules platform.

Rewards may be earned through activities including purchases, participation, community engagement, contests, referrals, and other qualifying actions as determined by MDR.

Points and rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

Participation is available to registered MDR members in good standing.

You must:

• Maintain an active account
• Provide accurate registration information
• Comply with MDR’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Meet any applicable age requirements in your jurisdiction

MDR reserves the right to approve, refuse, or revoke participation at its sole discretion.

3. Earning Points & Rewards

Members may earn Points through qualifying activities, including but not limited to:

Purchases

• Purchases made through the MDR Store
• Purchases via MDR affiliate links
• Subscription payments

Community Activity

• Participation in discussions
• Posting helpful content
• Engagement within MDR platforms

Educational Activities

• Completion of training programs
• Course participation
• Achievements and milestones

Contests & Promotions

• Participation in challenges
• Raffle or contest entries
• Winning promotional events

Referrals

• Inviting new members
• Successful sign-ups or upgrades

MDR reserves the right to determine which actions qualify and the number of Points awarded.

4. No Guaranteed Rewards

Points accumulation does not guarantee any specific reward.

Reward availability, value, and redemption options may change at any time without notice.

5. Redemption of Points

Points may be redeemable for benefits such as:

• Discount coupons
• Store credit
• Exclusive offers
• Products or services
• Promotional rewards

Redemption options, conversion rates, and eligibility requirements are determined solely by MDR and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Cashback-Style Benefits

Any cashback-style rewards are provided in the form of store credit, discounts, or approved reward formats unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Cash payouts are not guaranteed and may not be available in all jurisdictions.

7. Expiration of Points

Points may expire after a specified period of inactivity or after a defined timeframe.

Expiration policies are determined by MDR and may be updated periodically.

Members are responsible for monitoring their account balances.

8. Non-Transferability

Points, rewards, coupons, and benefits:

• Have no cash value
• Cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged
• Cannot be assigned to another account
• Are void if sold or transferred

9. Coupons & Discounts

Coupons issued through the Program:

• May have expiration dates
• May have usage limits
• May apply only to specific products or services
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated

MDR reserves the right to cancel or modify coupons at any time.

10. Affiliate Purchases

Points awarded for purchases through affiliate partners are subject to confirmation of completed transactions.

Points may be revoked if:

• Orders are canceled or refunded
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Affiliate commissions are reversed

MDR is not responsible for third-party products or services purchased through affiliate links.

11. Contests & Raffles

Contests conducted through MDR (including those using RafflePress or similar tools) may be subject to additional rules.

Participation may require:

• Compliance with contest-specific terms
• Verification of eligibility
• Completion of required actions

Prize availability and distribution are subject to applicable laws and MDR policies.

12. Account Integrity & Fraud Prevention

MDR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of:

• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the rewards system
• Automated or artificial activity
• Multiple accounts used to manipulate rewards
• Violations of community standards

Points and rewards may be forfeited upon termination.

13. Program Changes or Termination

MDR reserves the right to:

• Modify Program rules
• Change point values or earning methods
• Alter redemption options
• Suspend or terminate the Program
• Adjust membership tiers

Changes may occur at any time without prior notice.

14. Account Closure

If a member account is closed or terminated:

• All unused Points may be forfeited
• Active rewards may be canceled
• Membership benefits will cease

15. Limitation of Liability

MDR is not liable for:

• Loss of Points or rewards due to system errors
• Technical failures
• Third-party issues
• Unauthorized account access
• Program interruptions

All rewards are provided “as is” without warranties.

16. Taxes

Members are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations related to rewards received.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.
